Video Unit
I have learned many things from this video unit. I am working on my final project right now and it is going very well. I learned many things about iMovie. I learned how to split clips, how to add affects, how to add music, and how to make a video that looks professional. Knowing these things helps me to better understand iMovie and how to make a movie. For my final project I am working on making a short movie about the library. I interviewed the librarian and a student that was working in the library at the time. I am working on making it look as professional and audience appropriate as I can. Knowing the things I learned through the video unit is helping me a lot with making this video.

News Report Podcast Review
I recently made a news report podcast by using garage band. The process was fairly simple and it all went very well. I found a little clip on garage band that I used as background music for the introduction of my podcast. Then I recorded myself reading the topic I chose. I chose an article about the Sochi Winter Olympic Games. The article was about "hotel horrors" in the hotel that the athletes and some visitors are staying at. Those horrors included, bees in their honey, toilets that you couldn't flush your toilet paper down (so you have to put them in a bin next to the toilet), beer colored water, no wifi, no lock on the guest room doors, no tv's, and no curtains on their showers.
I believe the quality of my presentation is very professional. I think it is professional because I edited out any mistakes. Some mistakes I edited out were: "um", "like", and other words that aren't professional. I think she should use it on air because people would like to listen to it and it is professional. This is a process that I would possibly like to help out with in the future. I liked being able to read an article "on air" and I think I would enjoy doing that in real life.
